Spatial Module

The spatial module allows one to map species occurrences and create, export and import polygons to define your area of interest. The following slides provide a guide to basic functions of the module. The two key functions reside in the “Selection Dialog Box” and the “Mapping Dialog Box”.

The primary limitation is the number of records. If you load more than 300-600k records the process will slow down significantly and you run the risk of crashing your session.
